Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence across the GCC & MENA markets. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in industrial B2B sales, working closely with EPCs, contractors, and OEMs to grow regional business and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across MENA
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and partners
- Develop regional sales strategies and monitor market trends
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and client visits
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for client proposals and solutions
- Prepare business presentations and negotiate commercial terms
- Ensure high client satisfaction and timely follow-up on leads
- Report regional insights and performance to senior management
Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of industrial B2B sales experience
- Strong understanding of EPC and OEM client processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across GCC & MENA
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred
