Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence across the GCC & MENA markets. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in industrial B2B sales, working closely with EPCs, contractors, and OEMs to grow regional business and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across MENA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and partners
  • Develop regional sales strategies and monitor market trends
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and client visits

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client proposals and solutions
  • Prepare business presentations and negotiate commercial terms
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and timely follow-up on leads
  • Report regional insights and performance to senior management

Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of industrial B2B sales experience
  • Strong understanding of EPC and OEM client processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel across GCC & MENA
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred
