A complete flexible hose solution consisting of a corrugated or composite hose fitted with end connections, braiding, and accessories. Designed for ready installation in high-pressure, high-temperature, or chemical transfer applications.

Metal Hose Assemblies are fabricated by welding or crimping end fittings onto corrugated stainless steel hoses or composite hoses. Assemblies may include single or double braiding for pressure reinforcement, interlock casing for external protection, and fittings such as flanges, threaded ends, quick couplings, or custom-machined connectors. Assemblies are pressure-tested and quality-certified to ensure leak-tight, reliable service.

    DN6 – DN300 (metallic); DN25 – DN250 (composite)

    Hose: SS304 / SS316L / SS321 / composite (polypropylene/PTFE layers); Fittings: carbon steel, stainless steel, brass

    Corrugated or composite hose with welded/crimped ends, optional single/double braiding

  • Pressure Rating

    Vacuum to 150 bar (depending on hose type & construction)

  • Temperature Range

    –196°C to +600°C (SS); up to +200°C (composite/PTFE)
