Composite Hoses are manufactured by winding multiple layers of thermoplastic liners, reinforcing fabrics, and outer covers around an inner wire helix, then binding them with an outer wire helix. This unique construction provides strength, flexibility, and chemical compatibility while ensuring leak-tight performance. Composite hoses remain lightweight compared to metallic hoses and are ideal for suction and discharge in fuel, chemical, and solvent transfer.

    Multi-layer polypropylene, PTFE, polyethylene, polyester fabrics, stainless steel inner/outer wires

  • Construction

    Helical inner/outer wire with thermoplastic film & fabric layers

    Typically up to 25 bar (vacuum capable)

  • Temperature Range

    –40°C to +200°C (depending on liner material)

  • Movements

    Very high flexibility; excellent bend radius
