The Metallic Hinged Expansion Joint is constructed with a bellows element equipped with hinges and hinge pins. The hinge system allows angular movement in a single plane while simultaneously restraining the pressure thrust generated within the piping system. Available with weld ends, fixed or loose flanges, with or without sleeves, this design is an economical solution for directional flexibility in constrained piping systems.
