Our FAQ page provides answers to common questions about FlexiBellows products, materials, customization options, and maintenance.

FlexiBel is a UAE-based manufacturer specializing in Expansion Joints and flexible hoses — including metallic, rubber, and fabric bellows — for industrial piping systems.

We serve oil and gas, petrochemicals, marine, HVAC, power generation, water treatment, and general industrial sectors.

Our manufacturing and sales office is located in Dubai, UAE, with project deliveries across the GCC and international markets.

Yes. All Expansion Joints are manufactured in-house at our UAE facility with strict quality control. In alignment with the "Make it in the Emirates" campaign, all our products are proudly made locally.

We offer both — standard sizes for quick turnaround, and fully custom-engineered designs for specific project requirements.

Yes, our products are Type Approved by Bureau Veritas (BV) and ClassNK, and we’re an approved vendor with major EPCs in the region.

We use SS 304, SS 316L, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, and other high-performance alloys based on application needs.

  • Metallic bellows: up to 100 bar / 600°C
  • Rubber bellows: up to 16 bar / 140°C
  • Fabric bellows: up to 0.5 bar / 1000°C (with insulation)

Our designs follow EJMA, ASME B31.3, and relevant ISO/DIN/EN standards. Certificates are provided upon request.

Yes, we provide complete design sheets, movement compensation data, and can support with simulation and stress analysis upon request.

We offer flanged, threaded, welded, grooved, and special connections to match pipe specifications or project requirements.

Yes, we are a registered EJMA subscriber, and all our expansion joint design calculations strictly follow EJMA standards.

Yes. We have a dedicated field team that offers joint alignment supervision, torque checks, and expansion joint installation support.

Avoid over-compression or twisting. Install bellows in neutral length. Always align piping and use travel limiters if needed. We provide detailed instructions.

Generally, expansion joints are not reusable once removed, especially metallic types. We recommend inspection and replacement as per site conditions.

Visual inspection every 6–12 months is recommended. For critical systems, schedule checks based on pressure cycles or thermal fatigue.

Yes, we can quickly manufacture replacements or matching spares for existing bellows, including third-party systems.

Service life depends on factors like pressure cycles, temperature, movement, and installation. Properly installed joints typically last 5–10 years in standard industrial conditions, and even longer in low-stress environments.

Standard bellows: 5–7 working days

Custom designs: 10–21 working days (depending on complexity)
