We are seeking a Sales Engineer to lead sales initiatives for rubber expansion joints and elastomeric components. This role involves technical consultations, sizing, and support throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide sizing and product selection assistance to clients
Respond to technical specifications and inquiries
Manage pre- and post-sales client communication
Track tenders and follow up on submissions
Ensure proper documentation and delivery timelines
Tasks & Responsibilities
Develop relationships with engineers and procurement teams
Maintain product knowledge and application expertise
Collaborate with production and technical teams for feasibility
Support marketing with technical content and case studies
Maintain and update product literature as needed
Skills & Experience
2–4 years in technical sales for rubber or elastomeric products
Understanding of expansion joint design and applications
Detail-oriented with strong technical communication skills
Background in Mechanical or Polymer Engineering is an advantage
Experience working with industrial clients and OEMs
