We are hiring a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to manage vendor sourcing, logistics planning, and inventory control. This role ensures efficient supply chain flow from procurement to delivery in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers for material sourcing and quotations
Manage import/export documentation and freight forwarding
Track delivery schedules and monitor shipment timelines
Negotiate with vendors and maintain procurement records
Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory guidelines
Tasks & Responsibilities
Issue purchase orders and follow up on lead times
Maintain stock levels and forecast supply requirements
Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams
Resolve delivery delays and logistics issues proactively
Prepare monthly procurement and inventory reports
Skills & Experience
3+ years in logistics and procurement roles
Familiarity with industrial parts and materials
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and shipping documentation
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
