Key Responsibilities
Operate forming machines, presses, and TIG welding equipment
Interpret production instructions and technical drawings
Inspect finished products for quality compliance
Maintain machinery and report issues proactively
Follow safety protocols and production schedules
Tasks & Responsibilities
Set up machines based on specifications
Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
Document production output and downtime
Work closely with the production supervisor for daily tasks
Assist in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in machine operations or metal forming
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools
Experience with TIG welding and hydraulic pressing preferred
