Job Overview
Flexibel is seeking a high-performance, results-driven Sales Engineer to further grow our footprint in the EPC, OEM and industrial sectors. This role combines technical knowledge of expansion joints (metallic, rubber, fabric) and hoses with a strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales of metallic, rubber, and fabric expansion joints and metal hoses across industrial, power, oil & gas, marine and EPC clients
- Receive and manage RFQs / tenders from EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users; prepare accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals
- Interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, movement/pressure specs and technical requirements — recommend appropriate expansion joint solutions
- Drive sales cycle: from lead qualification → client meetings / site visits / technical presentations
- Maintain robust sales pipeline and CRM entries, track opportunities, follow up, and ensure consistent lead-to-order conversion
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at EPCs, power plants, marine yards, oil & gas operators, and industrial clients
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Assist in bid preparation and documentation
- Maintain CRM entries and sales pipeline tracking
- Work closely with the logistics and procurement team for delivery schedules
- Deliver periodic sales reports and forecasts
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales
- Technical knowledge of piping/valve systems
- Familiarity with tendering and RFQ processes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background preferred
